Breakfast is a very important part of the day for many, and knowing about places that can serve tasty dishes is for sure a helpful thing before you turn into a hangry person.

Below are three options that you can check around North Vancouver:

1.      Catch 122

This Cafe bistro has become one of my favourite spots to breakfast around North Vancouver. Located a few steps from the Lonsdale Quay market and next to the Inuit Gallery, this place offers an infusion cuisine from different countries such as Spain and Mexico and has an option for everyone, from sweet to salty dishes that will leave you wanting more.

Recommended dish: Bulgogi Steak n Egg

2.      Jam Cafe – Lonsdale

It’s no surprise that Jam Cafe is a famous spot around Metro Vancouver for breakfast and brunch, and we’ve been around 7-8 months enjoying with the presence of Jam Cafe around the lower Lonsdale area. A place where you can find a nicely big and fulfilling dish with a considerate price, just be mindful that you might need to wait for a good time in line to be able to enter and start enjoying your food.

3.      Kitchen Craft Eatery

You can find this restaurant open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 2:30pm giving you the perfect timing to eat your breakfast or brunch; they also have a heated patio where you can enjoy your time there, rain, snow or shine, no matter what season is you can ask for some blankets as well for extra comfort.

Recommended dish: Handmade coconut shrimp
