Three cocktails to enjoy at Copperpenny Distilling before winter is over.

It is no surprise that Copperpenny has became a favorite of mine when talking about distillery and cocktails, and that is why I am sharing three drinks that I think you should try out if visiting before winter is over and they change their menu.

1.       The Alpine Bramble Not in their menu, but with luck you can find it in their feature house special board. If you like citrus and berry, this might be for you, highlighting lemon and their alpine wild berries mix.

2.       Rum raisin coquito If you’ve tried a coconut horchata before and like it, then this is your adult version that will leave you craving for more!

3.       The Dead Homies Sour, citrus and a little bitter, with a dose of absinthe for those who enjoy the taste and like a clash of flavors.

Let me know if you try any of the drinks and what do you think; I would also love to hear your recommendations!
